Halloween at Home

Halloween is usually a great time to party and stay out all night. This year, if you are anything like us, you will be staying home. That doesn’t mean it has to be boring! Lulu Blue and I were brainstorming some fun Halloween ideas, and she hit the jackpot. One of our epic movie nights, complete with our favorite Halloween movies and themed snacks. Here are the contenders, in case you feel inspired to do this with your humans.

Hocus Pocus

Hocus Pocus has been a part of our Halloween tradition since Lulu Blue was a baby. Who doesn’t love these witches? And we found the perfect dessert to go with this sweet movie.

Perfect little spell book brownies! We are definitely making these. The recipe is right here!

The Witches of Eastwick

As you can probably guess, we love a good witch movie. And this one has been one of my personal favorites for years. It has become one of Lulu Blue’s favorites, too, so it is a great one to watch while having some heavenly…

Cherry pie. Yes. Even with that scene. Here is one you can try.

The Shining

The Shining is a newer addition to our list. I have to say, there are definitely some perks to having a teenager. For those of us who are 21+, here is the perfect accompaniment.

Redrum. Yum. Here is the recipe.

Little Shop of Horrors

Okay, so not necessarily a Halloween movie. Still fun, though. So why not. Especially when you can have an excuse to make…

These! Why would you not make these. I want to make these for every holiday. Seriously. I found these here.

I hope you all have a super comfy, delicious Halloween.

Love,

Maca
